JUDAS PRIEST respond with a statement to OZZY OSBOURNE's announcement yesterday that he must postpone his European tour again. Accordingly, the band remains on board as support.
Yesterday, OZZY OSBOURNE had to announce that it would have to postpone the European part of its "No More Tours 2" tour for health reasons, and JUDAS PRIEST, who serves as support for the concert dates, has now commented with a statement in social media: "We are very grateful for the rock-solid support from the wonderful UK and European fans as Ozzy regains his health and strength – the UK / Europe tour will showcase the best of British Metal by those who got him going and we'll see proud to move forward to celebrate our 50 years of Heavy Metal together with you. "JUDAS PRIEST will remain part of the European" No More Tours 2 ", even if it can not take place as planned in early 2020. As Live Nation Sweden write on Facebook, the new dates of the European Tour will then take place in the first half of 2021. The North American section of the "No More Tours 2" tour is scheduled to be played in May 2020. OZZY OSBOURNE had already announced in April of this year the postponement of all scheduled for 2019 concerts of his tour. The reason was a fall of the former BLACK SABBATH frontman in his Los Angeles home while recovering from his pneumonia. This would have worsened some old wounds, which he contracted in 2003 in a quad accident. OZZY eventually had to undergo surgery again because of the injuries.
